10.01.1969 By the order ¹ 8 of the Minister of Power Engineering and Electrification of the USSR an independent Construction Administration “Arpa-Sevan Construction Engineering” (CA) to be incorporated in “Hydrospecial Construction Engineering” Trust of the USSR, was organized on the basis of “Armhydroenergostroj” Enterprise.
27.01.1995 Pursuant to the decree ¹38 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia “On the Approval of Decisions of the State Committee on Privatization and Denationalization” the CA “Arpa-Sevan Construction Engineering” was reorganized into a Closed Joint Stock Company “Arpa-Sevan” (CJSC) beginning from 01.02.1995.
22.11.1997 Pursuant to the decree ¹38 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia ¹531 Closed Joint Stock Company “Arpa-Sevan” was reorganized into Open Joint Stock Company “Arpa-Sevan” (OJSC).
14.02.2003 License ¹7496 of the Ministry of Urban Development was granted to OJSC “Arpa-Sevan” for works on capital construction of hydrotechnical projects.
12.01.2004 License ¹ ÏÍ 01 was obtained from the Ministry of Trade and Economic Development for shooting operations.
19.03.2004 License ¹8296 of the Ministry of Urban Development was granted for works on capital construction of Civil engineering projects.
07.06.2004 “Arpa-Sevan” OJSC has established a subsidiary enterprise “Arpa-Sevan Project” CJSC
14.06.2004 License ¹8589 of the Ministry of Urban Development was granted for works on capital construction of power engineering projects.
14.06.2004 License ¹8591 of the Ministry of Urban Development was granted for works on capital construction of traffic facilities.
11.02.2005 “Arpa-Sevan” OJSC has established a subsidiary enterprise “Sakasyun” Ltd.
25.05.2005 License ¹ ÏÍÏÑ 05 was obtained from the Ministry of Trade and Economic Development for trade in blasting agents and explosive materials.
29.04.2008 License ¹ 11984 was obtained from the Ministry of Urban Development for works on capital construction in the sphere of communications.
23.10.2008 “Arpa-Sevan” OJSC has established a branch in the Republic of Tajikistan.
